About the author
After a career in traditional finance where Géraldine Monchau held senior roles in Discretionary Portfolio Management and Product Advisory in Switzerland and the Bahamas, she joined a start-up in blockchain technology as Chief Business Officer. After an enriching experience in the fintech industry, she is now a Senior Manager at Criptonite Asset Management, a digital asset manager based in Geneva. Géraldine is a graduate of IUHEI, CFPI, and CAIA and is also a committee member of Women in Web3 Switzerland.
